A meeting of the Wniho Charitable Aid Committee’was Indd on June llltli. Present were:—Messrs G. Giecn (Chairman). A. Graham. C. Gibli. ,1. Donovan ,E. G-ibli, T. Condon. .M. Carroll. L. Gilih, R. Williams. .1. Gibb and J. Schilling (Hon. Sec.) .

The minutes of the previous meeting wore read and confirmed. The Secretary read then the minutes of the meeting on Dec. 3rd., in which it was resovled that the money subscribed for the nurse's cottage would go back to the people if the Westland Charitable Aid Board did not move in the matter of building. Proposed by Mr J. Donovan, seconded! hv Mr A. Graham that: this Committee resigns as a Charitable Aid Com mitteo and forms itself _into a Committee holding ill trust the moneys collected in this district .-- C arried unanimously.

The Secretary was instructed to a - quaint the Secretaries of all the other Committees of above resolution, and to ask them to call a meeting to find out if the subscribers wish their money hack or if we could start a fund Dr the benefit of the whole district. The Secretary was also instructed to acquaint the Westland Charitable Aid Board that the Wniho Com’m’.tell as resigned. Proposed by Mr -T. Si hilling. secoieled by Mr G. Green that the insurance on the present nurse s cottage re paid out of the funds in hand.
