>—soou»—< — HOKITIKA V. BLACKBALL.
The Blackball ladies’ hockey team on Saturday played Hokitika ladies’ team at C'obd'en, and bad to be content with a tie, after winning their previous games here ami at Reel foil. Blackball played their usual good combined game, but in the Hokitika backs met their match, the Southern backs being perhaps superior to any others this year hereabouts. One of their number, Aliss T. Wallace, scoted a couple of goals, one especially being a fine piece of individual play. The final scores were two all.—Argus.
