Tiik German Attitude; Germany firmly believes that she lias hen sbamelully treated by the Allies; the Royal family and the army are still objects of veneration. Germany, say’s Colonel Repingtoii, is no more republican than Pall Mall. But, nevertheless he does not think that tile Germans are dreaming of war. They have had a hitter’lesson, which the present generation will not forget, whatever subsequent generations may do.
