TIKXTSTN, .June 9. '(■cording to the report from General Wit Pei Pu’s headquarters, at Paotingl'u, tho Manchurian leader, Chang Tsr.-I.in, lias accepted Wn Pei Pit’s terms for an armistice, and will withdraw all his forces to Mukden within three days.
