REPLY TO COMPLAINT. (To the Editor). Sir. —Re complaints at last meeting of Westland Sub-Union bv Mr McMan- j liaway as to the manner in which last g Saturday’s game (Kokatabi v. United) was controlled I would just like to I point out the actual facts as one who I witnessed the game. First I will in- ! vite any memlier of the Union out to I inspect the ground, the lines are clear- - ly marked and no obstructions whatever ,• on the field.
