AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. SOVIET FEARED. BERLIN, May 23. A Gennan-Russian association for the promotion of mutual commercial relations, comprising leading industrialists has expressed the view that, while it is highly desirable that Germany should take an active part in the reconstruction of Russia, the absence of legal security there, together with the Soviet’s monopolisation of industry and trade is bound to nip in the bud any revival of economic forces.
