Fighting is in progress, ft is reported that Prince Boris has fled to Varna. PARIS, May 21. Notwithstanding a categorical diplomatic denial, circumstantial reports from Vienna, describe the progress qf an alleged Communist revolution in Sofia, where Prince Boris and the members of his Government have fled.
