The Chairman to move:—“That the Council do now hy special order resolve to raise a loan of £3,200 at a. rate of interest not exceeding six per cent, for the purpose pf assisting to pay on the aiiteeednt liability of the Council ai existing on March 31st., 1922, as defined hy the Local Bodies’ Loans Ace. 1921 ; and that pursuant to the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913 a special rate to secure the aioresaid loan which is to have a, currency of eight years and to he repayable m sixteen half-yearly instalments be struck .over the whole County, and 1 o nniiuallv 'recurring as the security rate during the currency of the loan; the, •said special rate to be one-fifth of a penny in the £ on the capital rateable property within the County of Mesto The Chairman to move: —“That the’foregoing special order he confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the Cm oil to be bold at the County Chnmbcis at 3 p.m. on Tuesday 4th day of July. 1922.”
