Buenos Aires correspondent states Germany is accepting a five year Argentine credit of 150 mi llion pesos, of which fifty million will lie expended in the purchase of Argentine meat, wool and hides and one hundred million cereals, the hulk of which will he shipped to Russia for the purpose of obtaining; materials essential to German industry. It is understood tiie Allies objected to the Russian feature of the loan during the Genoa negotiations, on the giounds that it will prove a powerful factor in render-' ing efficient tho_ Russo-German Alliance. Further, it was proposed that Germany make a forty million peso shipment of goods to Argentine. The Allies objected to this arrangement, on the grounds that it would retard reparation payments. Argentine objected to interfrwence oil the ground that the loan wolds rehabilitate Argentine agriculture, which was suffering owing to the inability, to find a market.
