SLTKICME COURT. CHRISTCIFURCH, May 9. At tile Supreme Court, Edward Homo, on. a charge of theft of a bicycle, was acquitted. Robert Easier was tried on a. charge of manslaughter of Edward Darrell, in Christchurch .on March C. Darrell died in the hospital, as the result of a fracture of the skull, which was received, it was alleged, in a fracas in n. right-of-way. Da.sler was acquitted.
