During the year now ended, the "'at; cr supply was very unsatisfactory, arid caused us grave concern but the supply has improved lately, this is a reason for congratulation for as 1 have pointed out on a former occasion, a failure of the water supply means, that outside n part of Reveil Street, and a small area, on Gibson’s Quay, miff Fitzlicilicit Street, the Householders have no protection from fire whatever.
