Death Dream.

STRANGE HOBART C ASE

SYDNEY, April 19

To dream cf a fatal accident three times and then witness its fulfilment has been the -unhappy experience just recorded of a Hobart limn.

A labourer employed by the Hobart City Corporation was turning the hand winch of a. crane that was lifting stono in the street culvert construction works. The iili of the crane swung round, and a wire rope came into contact with the high tension electric wires overhead. The result- was that tlie labourer was electrocuted, death being instantaneous. A week before the accident, one of the man’s workmates was uneasy in his mind, lie was troubled hv a strange dream that was repeated three, times. In his dream he saw a fatal accident at the eraiio. It occurred in exactly the same way as that which caused the actual accident. He told his mates of the dream, which had made such a deep impression upon him, and it was thr, subject of considerable discussion. Tho fulfilment of tho dream came as a .shook to tlio-e who had boon made familiar with the story. Another remarkable fact is that a similar fatality occurred with the same cran L - a. few months ago.
