Tne “Times” Warsaw correspondent says a report is current that the Ger-man-Bolshevik military agreement sign-'* ed at Beilin on 4th. Maroh provides for the delivery by Germany to Russia of munitions, equipment, poison gas, instructors in aeroplanes and wireless plants. The Soviet agrees to give Germany, twenty warships and maintain troops opposite the Polish frontier. Poland is apprehensive that if Russia fails in its demands at Genod, if will attack Poland, aS an indirect hit at France. Consequently, as a precautionary measure, Poland is calling up the 1901 class and retaining in the ranks seine of the 1899 class due for demobilisation. GENOA HAPPENINGS. The “Times” special representative i.t Genoa reports Hon Lloyd George still hopes for a Bolshevik acceptance, but in case of refusal, the British will withdraw and not take any further interest in Russian affairs. The British delegation is undoubtedly anxious. A section of a special train has arrived in readiness for their departure, which suggests a Lloyd Georgian gesture to bring pressure in the Bolsheviks. PARIS, May 1. Advices from Genoa state the Judicial Committee adopts a formula of conciliation for inter-gbvernmental war debts. It is understood Russia, in view of her financial incapacity, will be afforded a moratorium.
