In view of the unsatisfactory position of Persian affairs, the Mojliss, al the Premier’s request, appointed a Commission representing all Parliamentary parties to assist Cabinet in formulating a policy in the best interests of the country. The Premier, Moshere,! Dowlah, favours development of the North Persian oilfields, and the engagement of foreign advisers, which the Mojliss has hitherto refused.

DYNAMITE DISASTER IN SPAIN.
