The Avondale Jockey Club’s Autumn meeuiig concluded to-day in line, weather, with a large attendance. The tote took £44,31d, against £(>2751 .J last year. The total for the mooting was £1)2!)20J, a decrease of £3G,!)S.') on last year Vaikumete Handicap Hurdles: Snake 1, shell Shock 2, Thrace 3.Won by two lengths. Time 3.58 3-5. Dominion Handicap Marble Class 1, lieu Nevis 2, Holden Class 3. Won by half a neck each way. Time 2.1. Nursery Handicap.—Bonny Canny .1, .Inst 2, Nocturne J. Won by a neck. Time 1.18. Autumn Handicap.- 11 inoliiw? t, Some Fashion 2, Prince Jewel 3. Won by three quarters of a length. Time 1.58. Mount F.'den Steeplechase—Kewra 1, Lnperino 2, Romance 3. Won by six lengths. Time G.l 3-5. Wailakere Handicap. —Pavo 1, Mamuterc 2, Prince Charleroi 3. Won by a length. Time 1.18. Mount Baskill ■ Handicap.—Marble Slab 1, Polini 2, Euiphoria 3. Won byhalf a length, third tt head behind. Time 1.59. There was a demonstration against the decision which was quite unmerited. An objection was lodged by the trainer of Euphoria against the Judge’s decision and the Stewards met to consider the same. The- objection was thrown out, and the deposit declared forfeited. Morningsidc Welter. —Mumble 1, Archie 2, Holden Dream 3. Won by a head. Time 1.33.
