GENERAL -ADAMSON SHOT. 'Received This Dav at 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 25 Brigadier-General Adamson, of Alblone Brigade, was shot dead in an Athlone Street last night, when returning to the barracks Near an hotel occupied as headquarters of the mutineer troops, Adamson was suddenly confronted by ji rim'd men who ordered lum to put up his hands. He complied and while his hands were raised his assailants fired at his body. Several officers of the mutineer troops were arrested.
