Hegan and Kirkwood have formed i, golf team to tour the world, playing exhibition matches. They will probably travel for a year. Roth players are here making arrangements to go to England, where they will remain until after the British open the championship, then returning to America for the championshoip tournaments. After that they propose going to Honolulu and Japan. The tour will also include the Pliillipines, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. India. France and Spain. It is considered that the trip will be •an epoch making one. since it is the first ever attempted by a team of golfers. It is understood two important Washington golf clubs tried to engage Kirkwood, who refused, in order to make the world’s tour, but it is considered nearly certain that he will accept a Washington position upon his return
