FRENCH VIEW. PARIS, April 20. M. Poincaire informed Cabinet that the French Government had taken
steps through diplomatic channels for a junction of Allied Powers and the Little Entente. Germany would be invited to cancel the Treaty of Rapallo. GERMANY’S NOTE. (Received This Day at 9.5 u.m.) GENOA, April 21. Germany’s note accepting expulsion from tne First Commission dealing with Russia, states she desires to continue to sit on the Commissions dealing with all other affairs. Germans said they had recognised the Soviet long ago. The treaty had been prepared for weeks. The Germans were ready to continue to help in the success of the conference and re-establish relations between East and West.
