‘Received This Day at 11.30 a.in.) 1 DELHI, April 19. j
Afghanistan reports indicate that i Enver Pacha pained considerable sup- ! port against the Bolsheviks in Eastern Bokhara tribes, and the inhabitants of Ferghana are rallying to him. It is reported that Enver captured Dohambe, tlie Russian headquarters in Eastern Bokhara. Bolsheviks declare they have recaptured several important strategic points, and have repaired the railway between Samarak and Bokhara. , The authorities state the indications j now are that the tribesmen are determined to throw off the Bolshevik yoke, which caused great animosity and provided Enver with the opportunity tor another adventure, but it is doubted it the movement is backed by sufficient material force to accomplish a perman- j ent result.
