At (lie annual meeting of Lie Orange Grand Lodge, the Finance Committee recommended the estahli liment of an incidental fund by striking an annual levy of Is 6d per member on male lodges, and 6d per member on female lodges in substitution for the present system of appeals for distressed Orangemen or their dependants, four of which had been held during the year.
