HOKITIKA WARDEN’S COURT
THURSDAY, APRIL 13. (Before Warden Meldrum). R. G. Honey,' handsawing timber splitting license, Ivurnara Junction.— Adjourned. Mining Registrar v. Boyd, O’Halloran (Mr Murdoch) and Hickson. The Warden gave his reserved decision on Mr Murdoch’s point of jurisdiction raised at last kitting. His Worship ruled against tlufs point and gave judgment for the plaintiff, declaring the sawmill licenses and timber reservations forfeited. Costs £3 3s were allowed counsel for plaintifF and Court costs £1 ss.
