UNITED SERVICE TELEGRAMS. BISHOP’S APPEAL. LONDON, April 8. Archbishops and Bishops, of the Church of Ireland, have issued a manifesto expressing sorrow and apprehension at the fact that Irish crimes are attributed to religious antagonisms. They urge all Irish people to practice forbearance!
