WASHINGTON, April 6. Scenes of disorder occurred in tlie U.S.A. House of Representatives when a democratic representative, Mr Garner, from Texes, attacked his colleague. Mr Blanton, whom the House recently c-ensured and nearly expelled. Air Blanton had made speeches in Texas alleging that the members of Congress wore using the stationery allowances' to purchase pocket flasks and other private purposes. He alleged the Government expended many thousands of dollars to provide members with barbers, masseurs, and congressional roman baths, for which they charged the Congressmen in various forms of petty graft. Air Garner called Air Blanton a. liar. Air Blanton declared he would hold Air Garner personally responsible, hut he lgft the House. The latter declaring that if he made a reply, the House would expel him.
