School Committee Elections.
Nominations closed on Wednesday evening for the Hokitika School Committee the following ten being nominated for nine seats:—W. 11. Shannon, J. King, J. Lloyd, T. W. Bruce, A. Aitken, D. Stevenson, W. E. Richards S. J. Preston, Rev. Rurchas (present members) and R .Wild. The annual election will take place on Wednesday evening next at the meeting of householders in the Town Hall.
