The League of Nations Financial Committee has appointed an expert committee to examine the question of double taxa'ion, aim inn to secure an international understanding for the abolition of double taxation by a convention of all nations of the world. The Genoa Conference is expected to last two months. There will be fifteen hundred delegaes and sever hundred journalists, including the Chinese correspondent of a newspaper twyity-tv.p hundred jvenrs old.
