WASHINGTON March 28. The Senate has approved, individual ! ly, of the 19 articles of the Naval j Treaty, dispensing with the reading of i the chapter relating to the execution ' of the treaty and other miscellanous provisions. The Senate will begin its voting on the Treaty at three o’clock on "Wednesday. So far no amendments or reservations have been offered. it is expected that the instrument will be ratified unaltered, and perhaps unanimously. NAVAL TREATY RATIFIED. WASHINGTON, March 29 The Senate ratified the naval treaty bv 74 votes to 1.
