CABINET DIFFERENCES

ideceived This Bay at 11.30 a.m.) , LONDON ,March 28. j The “Daily Mail” states the Preinier’s return to London was. premature, its suddenness being mainly owing to feeling in official circles respecting the Genoa Conference. It is now dear that beside opinion inside and outside the Commons which is gravely divided on the question, there have arisen dis agreements within tire Cabinet. Mr Churchill, for a long time, has lamented the attitude of Government towards Russia. His feelings are shared by some of his colleagues. While hitherto differences and cleavages have been avoided, the Premier’s booming of the Bolshevik policy provoked counter emotions, which cannot he ignored. It is understood the Premier conferred with Mr Churchill. . . Meanwhile Lenin, in an interview, declared —“The man I want to see is Lloyd feel that, with him an pTiderdimding is possible.’
