A Welsh Victory. In the recent struggle between America, and the Welsh coal producers Welsh coal won. America is now ousted from the market of Europe, as for months past Welsh coal has been sold at a loss of approximately 5s per ton, and the Welsh' miners have been existing on the minimum wage, of almost below the subsistence point. Nothing else, adds the South Wales trade report, could bring about a recovery of the Welsh coal trade. At present the coal cannot be shipped fast enough from, the ports of South Wales.
