Thomson (Mr Park) v. Wm. O’Connor (Mr Wells), a charge of allowing a calf to wander on main road. Adjourned to next sitting. Casts allowed defendant. Several similar charges were adjourned owing to the Ranger not bepresent. DEBT CASES. L. Gooch, (Mr Murdoch) v. Leonard Crawford claim £l4 Is 4d. Judgment by default for amount with costs £2 18s 6d. Hokitika Harbor Board v. A. McDonald, Llaim £2 Is Bd, rates due. Judgment for amount with costs 4s 6d.
