ORDINARY MEETING. (To sit a,t 2 p.m.) ,

1 ! I.—The Chairman to move:—“That ' the accounts for the month of February, 1921, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ , be passed for payment.” 2. The Chairman to move:—“That 1 the adjourned report, of the Finance Committee from the previous meeting, he now. considered and dealt with by 1 the Council.” 3. The Chairman to more:—“That the Treasurer prepare the annual state- ' meat of apportionment of gross income estimated for the financial year commencing on the Ist prox., and proposed allocaiton of surplus revenue over the several ridings as required by section 131. Counties Act, 1920, and submit same to Councillors for consideration.” 4. —The Chairman to move:—“That pursuant to the authority given in Section 15 of the Finance Act, 1919, the Council authorises a vote of £75 to the Westland War Memorial Fund, the amount to be paid in next financial year.” SPECIAL' MEETING. I (To sit at 3 p.m.) | l.—The Chairman to move:—“That pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 (c) of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, the Council by special order declares that Foxglove (digitalis purpurea) shall be declared a noxious weed within the County of Westland within the meaning of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, and i amendments.”

I STATUTORY MEETING i (To sit at 3.30 p.m.)

■ 1. —The Chairman to move:—“That the Council consider the annual balance sheet and audited statement of accounts, as now before the Council, and upon settlement arrangements be made for publishing the balance sheet as "usual.”
