British Financial Needs; A substantial reductiori in the rates of taxation over the riext two years would hot only afford belief during th e period which is likely to be the most critical for the future of iiidustry and of tlie country, but would give time for any other steps which may be taken in regard to the reduction of costs of production, stabilisation of the currency and exchanges, etc., to take effect.
