After the death of his wife of Robert Holmes, a wealthy pastoralist, drank heavily and became mentally and physically feeble. In May last two doctors certified ho was incapable of managing his own affairs, which his brother was managing. In the same month, Robert married his housekeeper. His brother, on behalf of Robert’s son, entered a petition for divorce, on the ground that Robert was incapable of contracting a marriage owing to his mental eonditon.
