The organising committee of the Intel national Corporation reported in favour'of the establishment of a National Corporation in each affiliated country with an aggregate of capital of twenty Millions sterling, whereto Britain, France, Italy and Belgium would subscribe equally, but other countries including Japan and America have been invited to subscribe, if they desire.
