IN MEMORIAM.
FREITAS.—In loving memory of Private David Freitas, 26th Reinforcements, N.Z. Expeditionary Force. Beloved son of Mr and Mrs F. Freitas of Arnhura Road, Westland, who died in England from sickness, on 21st February, 1919; native of Hokitika, New Zealand. Aged 30 years.
A loving brother, true and kind; No one on earth, like him we’ll find. Three years have passed, and none can tell, The loss of our brother, we loved so well. No one knows bow much we miss him, Only those who have lost can tell Of the grief that’s borne in silence Of the one we loved so well.
(Inserted by his laving father, sisters, and brothers).
