FINE FUR COAT AND RAGS.

ROME, Dec. 24

The police have arrested a man who was wearing a fine fur coat, a smart hat and gloves, but whose clothes were in rags and whose toes protruded from liis boots. When taken to the police station he declared that he was Cristo Tehorirkorsky, a Bulgarian. Several thousand lire were found on him and in his room at an hotel many valuables were also discovered.
