AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION
DELHI, Feb. 18. Representatives of all units of the Indian Army marched past the Prince of
Wales at the laying of the foundation stone of the Kitchener College at Delhi. - One non-com. and one private represented each regiment. The college is situated among a mass of buildings in the course of erection in the new portion of Delhi. It will be devoted to the education of the sons of native officers. Thousands of natives lined the route between the old and new cities, and heartily welcomed the Prince.
