SHACKLETON’S FUNERAL. LONDON, Feb. 14 Mr Hussey cabling from Monte Video says a State funeral will be accorded Sir E. SbackletOn on the 15th., which was the explorers birthday. Uruguayan troops will line the streets and all diplomatic officials will attend, some coming from Buenos Ayres. The President of Uruguay (Doctor Brum) will meet the cortege at the wharf, where the highest military honours will be rendered.
