NATIVE BOYCOTT ABSOLUTE. DELHI, Feb. 14. During a short visit to Agra, the Prince of Wales received a- hearty welcome from the European section and many Indians, chiefly country folk, nnd‘ children. In the native quarters, a complete hartal was observed. Everything pass- •- ed off quietly. The police prevented any attempt at a hostile demonstration.
