LATEST FIGURES. WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. The railway working account for the period commencing April, 1921,- and ending January 7th., 1922 shows a credit balance of £-148,784. In the North! Island there was a surplus of £318,814 to credit over expenditure, and a debit of £170',030 in the South Island.
