The principal heat in the 440 yards championship was won by Cunnold (Auckland), Bachelor (Canterbury) 2, Claridge (Wellington) 3. Time 5.44. A New Zeland record. In her heat in the 100 yards Ladies’ event, Miss Hoeft (scr) covered the distance in 64 3-5 secs, Which is said to be within Miss Fanny Durncks best time. Miss Walrond (Bsec.) and Miss Mather dead-heated in the final of the 100 yards. Intermediate Boys’ Championship— Fnirgray (Auckland) 1 Bachelor (Canterbury) 2, Claridge (Wellington) 3. Time 62 4-5. A New Zealand record. Breast-strike 100 yards Inter-Club— Wood rock (Wellington) 12 secs, 1, Boulton (Palmerston) 2, Deem (Christchurch) 4 secs 3.

Diving:—Walker 1, Hiclm 2 Canterbury won both the Yaldhumt and War Memorial Shields.
