Maclaren j advising that an English amateur cri- | cket team is coming to play Now Zeai land and Australia, and offering a • match to Perth, which the Association j has accepted. Interviewed regarding this, the Secretary of New South Wales Cricket Association, said the Association had no official knowledge of the visit of Mac-., laren’s teams, but he had heard that a team was going to visit New Zealand, j and that probably efforts would he made to arrange matches in Australia,. He had heard that it was not unlikely that the New Zealanders would trv to get some members of the Australian Eleven to visit the Dominion.
