The attendance was again large. The track record in the big event Was broken by General Advance. The' tote handled £37,964 *los for the day, compared with £49,61)7 on the second day last year, making a total of £71,944 IQs, for the meeting, compared with £94,937 10s last year. Results.- —
Owhiro Hurdles.—General Retain *l, Admiral Talbot 2, Barrister 3. Won by five lengths. Time 2.49. Warrington Handicap.—Lady Blissful 1. AngelQ 2, Afatata 3. Won by half a length. Time 1.41 3-5. Flying Handicap.—Roseday 1, Bon Spec 2, Pyjama 3. AVon by a neck. Time 1.14 1-5.
Jockey Club Handicap.—General Advance 1, Insurrection 2, Trespass 3. Won by a lengh. Time 2.6 4-5. This was a track record.
