Nominations for Havi Hari, Factory and the Victory Handicap Trot close on THURSDAY, 16th FEBRUARY, 1922, with the Secretary, at Hari Hari. 2—Weights and Handicaps declared on FRIDAY, 24th FEBRUARY. 3. —Acceptances close with the Secretary on day of Races. 4. other events open until morning of Races. 5. All jockeys to ride in colours. 6'_.No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards is final and all law proceedings barred. 7.—The placed horses of any event after declaration of Handicaps may be re-handicapped. B__The stakes will not be paid for the Maiden Race, and the Wataroa Handicap Hack Race until the place where the successful horse was _ bred has been proved to the satisfaction of the Stewards. ... . 9.
