REPLIES TO QUESTIONS. WELLINGTON, Feb. 10

Replying to Mr Young the Minister of Education said lie would ask . the Director of Education to have warnings issued .to all children, of the ganger of coming into contact- with high power electric wires in districts where such wres exist. j
Replying to Mr Field, Hon Massey said he had nothing new' to report in connection with German reparation money. He was not expecting further payments this year, but next year we might expect a further instalment. Replying to Mr Horn, Hon Nosworthy, said of the Reparations Committee cared to make an offer it might be possible to arrange to carry on Moa Seed farm on the same basis, as similar farms In other partsi of the Dominion.
Replying to Mr Field, Mr Massey said he thought the chance l of -getting anything more from the profits on the sales of wool ill Britain, were rather remote.
Replying to Mr E. Newman, Hon Nosworthy said he was hopeful of securing of a further reduction in the price of Nauru Island Phosphates, at an early date; Hoii. Guthrie moved the second reading of Thoriidon Reclamation Bill, which he explained validated the agreement made between the Railway Be partment and Wellington Harbour Board, for Carrying out certain reclamation works necessary for railway extensions in Wellington. The Bill was read secondly. Mr Guthrie moved the second reading of the Public Reserves arid Domains Amendment Bill, which grants to Trustee, power to charge admission to such grounds on fifteen days in the year instead of ten. Power is also given to Trustees to crept memorial Hails or Gates on domains. The Bill was read secondly.
The House then went into committee on the above bills. The Wellington Bill ivas passed unamended; In reply to a question Mr Guthrie said it was quite clear Domain Trustees could only charge on an additional five days, with the consent of the Governor-General. A new clause empowering the Gover-nor-General to make regulations for exclusion of certain persons from Domains and public reserves. The Bills were then reported from Committee and both Bills were read a third time and passed
