THE IRISH PROBLEM.
AUSTRALIAN AND lI.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. KIDNAPPING IN ULSTER. A SERIOUS ASPECT. LONDON, Feb. 8. It is reported that hundreds of Unionists were kidnapped in Fermanagh and Tyrone including Sir Josslyn Booth, three magistrates, and many constables, including ex-Sheriff Van Carson, the Unionist agent at Doonan, and five consables. One of the latter is dead and three are missing. A car load of Bpecial constables were captured by I.R.A. in Ulster. Special constables A captured fifteen raiders.
