WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. ; The House met at noon. . The Electric Power Boards Amendment Bill and Christchurch Drainage Amendment Bill, No 2 were read ai first time. Consideration of the Meat Export J.. was resumed in committee. An amendment to Clause 2 providing for representations of stock and station agents on the Board of Control was moved by the Premier.
