The fact will be popularly conceded that although libraries be searched from coiling to collar, no more suitable story than that of the irrepressible Anne could be found. Here her exuberant spirits made her beloved by many. Always in hot water herself she kept the kettle boiling for the villagers too, but beneath these pranks the sterling quality of Aline was evident. Then comes tile tragedy in her life and her struggle to provide and care for those who had befriended her. A wonderful story that will restore your faith in humanity. The programme alm includes a Burton Holmes travelogue covering Wellington and the North Island, an Australian Gapette and Magazine.
