SEA-GRASS BABY CARRIAGES.
A shipment of baby carriages and folding push carts finished in seagrass in the latest styles as used in the chief centres of the Dominion have just been landed bv Harley and Co., Ltd., House Furnishers, Greymouth. These prams and push-carts are designed to give the baby the greatest comfort and the upholstering is all in art shades with the wheels painted cream or white. The prices are low consistent with quality goods, and Harleys will be pleased to give our readers prices etc. on application by letter. Freight of} nil orders is paid Hokitika.

North Island mails by the Wahine connected with the West Coast express at Ohristchurfch this morning.
The Ross train time-table alteration comes into force on Monday, when the outward train from Hokitika leaves at 2.15 p.m., and leaves at the same hour on Wednesdays and Fridays.
The Brunner miners excursion arrived at 11 o’clock there being eight well filled carriages and trucks. A band accompanied the holiday makers who made Cass Square their head-quarters. The return train leaves at 6.15 p.m.
A return laid on the table of the House of Representatives shows that the number of accidents caused by pearifles during the year ended December 31st, 1921, was 13, while those caused by other firearms numbered' 10. The number of deaths caused by pea-rifles was 10, but the number caused by other firearms was 40.
