THE CAPE STRIKE. CAPETOWN, Jan. 30 A considerable number .have returned to work in the coal mines.. They have been warned by the strikers, hut hitherto there has been no pulling out. It is believe^.the strike leaders support political action in co-operation with the Nationalists. The strikers are being organised into commandos in certain areas. - •
