METEOROLOGICAL.
Rev. D. C. Bates, Government Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day The indications are for northerly winds, freshening and veering by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers flooded. Barometer falling, but rising after about 24 hours. Sea increasing on the coaßt; seas heavy; tides good.
